Wildthorn Estate

Brief
The Wildthorn Estate resides on the 5th Tier, in the southwestern quadrant of the tier in a township presiding over a township known as Perring's Rest. This town ship is administered by Alderman Finneas Brown.
As Mid Town, or more colloquially called The Park, or some variation thereof, is a tier of relative tranquility and peace, almost utterly divested of the face-paced life of the tiers above and below, Wildthorn has been something of a -- well -- thorn in the side of Alderman Brown, and thus the honored Governor Doraen Uthien.
Wildthorn, much like it's mistress, is a wild place and not the least bit a place of rest. Thunderous booms and errant weather phenomena are common among the estate's transgressions, but Lady Rosemary Perrington pays her dues and continues on her way, intent on doing whatever she's about without heeding convention or public opinion.
The demesne of Lady Rosemary's estate sits on several hundred acres of land, as is seemingly cultivated or overseen by none other than herself and her staff, and sometimes her crew. It does seem that she does not keep tenants on her land, though she seems perfectly at ease with tenants in the rest of her estate which includes Perring's Rest.
Perhaps this is just as well, since the 300 or so acres of her demesne consist of dangerous forests and jungles, swamps, and frozen pockets of land. She was rather forthright in her response to the Governor when asked when or how she was allowed to make such adjustments to the estate, "I paid good money to have it done -- to my own land. Draw up whatever permits you require of me and send them to the house. Now kindly bugger off, I have work to do."
From the permitting office, it is clear that Lady Rosemary obtained the aid of several mages of repute to enchant her lands to be wild and feral, and to accommodate several different climes so that she could continue to train herself for her expeditions into Rukmar.
